The name "Queen of the American Lakes" has been given to Lake George. There are more than 300 islands and 109 miles of coastline here. Due to its convenient location in the park's southeast, it attracts a lot of visitors.

Lake Placid

Alright… So, this is probably not in Lake Louise, but it's about a 45-minute trip from the Adirondacks' Grand Canyon. Pick your own exciting journey down the canyon on foot, by raft, or by climbing. The Vermont shore of Duck Lake is a must-see if you find yourself in the vicinity.

Cascade Cross Country Ski Center

A Full-service cross country ski lodge equipped with rentals, 10+ miles of trails, a restaurant, and a bar.

High Falls Gorge

It costs money to see High Falls Gorge, which is located outside of Lake Placid. Waterfalls, walking paths, glass-floored boardwalks, and more can all be found in this 22-acre wildlife preserve.

John Brown Historic Site

Check out the places where abolitionist John Brown lived and died. At this museum, you may learn about history while strolling along a paved trail.
